Dans ce cours, vous apprendrez \u00e0 faire tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour pr\u00e9parer des ramen et des gyoza, avec des recettes adapt\u00e9es pour les faire \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<h3><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-21199 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/thematchagreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/\u30e9\u30fc\u30e1\u30f3\u30004\u7a2e\u3000\u6a2a\u9577-500x375.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>D\u00e9tail de l&#8217;atelier<\/h3>\n<h2>Ramen &amp; Gyoza Making (pr\u00e9paration de ramen &amp; gyoza) : CHF125p.p.<\/h2>\n<p>A ce cours, nous allons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cr\u00e9er deux soupes d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients diff\u00e9rents: le shio (base de sel) et le miso \u00e9pic\u00e9 (\u00e0 base d&#8217;une p\u00e2te d&#8217;haricots soja.)<\/li>\n<li>Faire des nouilles de ramen fa\u00e7on maison.<\/li>\n<li>Apprendre comment pr\u00e9parer le bouillon pour la soupe ramen.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter des ingr\u00e9dients suppl\u00e9mentaires typiquement utilis\u00e9s pour le ramen, tels que le nibuta-porc(chahs porc), l&#8217;\u0153uf aromatis\u00e9, l&#8217;huile aromatis\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Faire en accompagnement des raviolis gyoza farcis de viande de porc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Un dessert fait maison est offert.<\/p>\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0fVeuillez noter que<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Le <strong>porc<\/strong> est l&#8217;un des principaux ingr\u00e9dients de ce cours.
