Je tiens \u00e0 remercier tous les participants qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s gentils, comprenant les \u00abnouvelles normes\u00bb et toujours tr\u00e8s favorables.<\/p>\n<p>Voici <strong>le calendrier des cours de septembre<\/strong> dans mon atelier \u00e0 Echandens, Vaud. Nous ferons des Daifuku-Mochi &#038; Dorayaki (matcha \/ anko) fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me marron au cours de confiserie japonaise cette saison.<\/p>\n<p>Les cours (hors classe Ramen &#038; Gyoza) sont \u00e9galement possibles en tant qu&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements PRIV\u00c9S \u00e0 l&#8217;atelier (une r\u00e9sidence priv\u00e9e \u00e0 Echandens, Vaud) ou <strong>chez vous<\/strong> aussi. Le menu peut \u00eatre l&#8217;un de <strong>nos cours r\u00e9guliers<\/strong> ou <strong>les cours amusants<\/strong>.
