Japanese vegetarian finger food / Autumn-Winter : CHF 98
The theme for our vegetarian menus this Autumn and Winter is Japanese finger foods. They are all bite-size, great with an aperitif but also for a “normal” meal.
We will be making:
- Tofu steak with garlic miso sauce
- Low calorie spring roll with shirataki
- Kabocha squash creamy dip (or with sweet potato)
- Tofu sandwich with renkon root (lotus root)
- Shio-musubi onigiri ball (salted Japanese rice balls)
*A dessert and Japanese tea are included.
