The main content is as follows;
- Japanese Cooking Class: Cook Japanese dishes together and enjoy them together.
- General Information on How to eat Japanese Food, Good Manners, etc.: How to order in restaurants, the order in which to eat dishes, what to do (and what not to do! etc.)
- Recommended Dishes in Japan: Introduction to delicious Japanese cuisine to help planning your food experience in Japan!
- Cookery-Related Shopping: Ingredients, kitchenware, tableware, souvenirs – what to buy and where to buy it.
- Q&A: I will answer your questions (one question per person sent in advance when booking, then of course any questions you have during the course until the end of the class).
Notes
- Explanations will be related to Japanese food and food related subjects in general. We could also comment on our experiences travelling to Japan, but we are not travel agents and not qualified to give travel advice.

- I will not be able to recommend individual restaurants or specific food products. The food scene changes very rapidly in Japan, and you will find endless information locally and on-line.
- One question per person (only related japanese food) is accepted in advance when booking the class.
- FOOD ALLERGIES: Please indicate at the time of booking of any allergies. As far as possible, I will try to accommodate them, but please be aware there are some things I cannot do.
