Spicy shirataki stir fry (ピリ辛白滝炒め)
As you know “shirataki” is a very low calorie food, containing lots of fiber which can help to “clear you out”. Therefore I don’t feel guilty to eat it, but sometimes it’s too simple and not enough for my hungry stomach.
This recipe uses “shirataki” and bean sprouts. It’s still low calorie but nutritious and yummy! I’m sure you’ll be happy to add this to your healthy, tasty recipe list.
